Getting on an individual coaching programme with us means starting a new relationship with one of our coaches. Every programme is customised to your schedule facilitating consistent and effective training. By taking the guesswork out, each session ticked off is a step in the right direction towards your fitness and personal race goals.


A high level of communication is important to us because it allows our coaches to : 

  • give clear and objective feedback.
  • accurately access external stressors, fatigue levels and mental motivation.
  • guide your day to day nutrition, race day fuelling strategies and recovery practices.  


Our plans are built on the Training Tilt platform giving you mobile access to your plan and a convenient channel for feedback. Data pulled directly from Garmin or Strava and allows your coach to access, analyse and guide your training efforts in detail.
